Recorded Webinar: EV Charging Goes Off the Grid
Dr. Peter Harrop describes how the current on-grid charging of electric vehicles will give way to zero-emission off-grid charging, providing many societal benefits and business opportunities. Examples of off-grid charging could include charging stations powered by extremely efficient on-site photovoltaics (PV), windows made from transparent PVs that double as charging stations, and vertical wind turbines located in the center of a road to harness wind from traffic. The webinar was recorded on January 18, 2018. You can access it here.
